Reservations

This will depend on the conditions of each apartment. See conditions section

Visits and contract signatures are always carried out in the same apartment, it is the way to save time and travel for our clients.

For anything you need, you can always contact us by email or phone.

All our apartments are fully furnished and equipped to facilitate your immediate entry. You will have at least a refrigerator, a washing machine, bedding (duvet, sheets and fitted sheets), and a complete kitchen set (cutlery, plates, glasses, pots, pans, etc.) in all our apartments.

Some apartments have additional equipment such as dishwasher, dryer, air conditioning, Internet, etc. Check well in the description of the apartments where you will find detailed the available equipment.

You don't need to bring anything more than your personal belongings and your bath towels to be able to start moving in the best conditions.

All available apartments can be visited as soon as possible.

To make a visit of the occupied apartments does not depend on our own will since we must request, case by case, the permission of the current tenants.

We meet for an hour at the apartment. We ask for punctuality since visiting time is limited and we cannot always stay long.

During the visit we will be able to answer all the questions you have.

If you are interested in renting an apartment that you have just visited, we encourage you to make the reservation as soon as possible.

You must take into consideration that in the event that more than one person is interested in the same apartment, we can only ensure the reserved apartment by first depositing € 500 as a reservation.

You must send us the following information:

If you are a university or specialized school student
a. University tuition or certificate of nominative payment,
b. Photocopy of passport / DNI / NIE,
c. Origin address,

If you are a company
a. Title of incorporation of the company and CIF of the company,
b. Title accrediting the powers of the legal representative of the company and their ID (or passport),
c. Corporation Tax filed in the last fiscal year (model 200),
d. Photocopy of the passport / DNI / NIE of the person who will occupy the property,

If you are an employee
a. Copy of the original employment contract
b. Copy of the last three payrolls
c. Address of origin
d. Photocopy of passport / DNI / NIE,

Payment can be made in two ways:

By bank transfer from 1 to 5 of each month to the account that we will indicate in the contract.

In some cases it is possible to pay by credit card.

The return of the deposit depends on each owner but generally the term is 10 days from the end of the contract.

This amount will be returned to you by transfer to the bank account that you provide us, regardless of the country of destination.
